The training course will be held over 3 months with 320 sessions, including 17 topics in 4 parts:

The general knowledge section includes the following contents: State in the political system; Organization of the state administrative apparatus; Public service, civil servants; Information system in state administrative agencies; Special report on "State administrative management practices of Nghe An province"...

The section on state management knowledge by sector and territory includes the following contents: Overview of state management by sector and territory; Special report on "State administrative management practices by sector of Nghe An province".

The skills section includes the following contents: Time management; Communication skills; File management; Teamwork skills; Information collection and processing skills...Field trip organization and course essay writing section.

This is a new program compared to the previous program issued by the National Academy of Public Administration with the aim of reducing the theoretical part and increasing the skills and practice part.
