Opening of the preparatory session of the Con Cuong District Party Congress for the 2020 - 2025 term

Speaking at the opening of the preparatory session, comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee emphasized that the preparatory session is an important step to contribute to the successful organization of the 27th Congress of Con Cuong District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025. Therefore, he requested the delegates to uphold the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, and focus on discussion to ensure the goals and requirements set forth by the congress.

Pursuant to the Party Charter and Regulation No. 29-QD/TW dated July 25, 2016 of the Central Executive Committee on the implementation of the Party Charter, the preparatory session at the congress elected the Congress Presidium consisting of 9 comrades; elected the Congress Secretariat consisting of 2 comrades; and the Delegate Qualification Examination Committee consisting of 5 comrades. The Presidium also approved the program and regulations of the congress, and disseminated the election regulations within the Party.

Accordingly, in the process of preparing to organize the 27th District Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025, through many different forms, the Standing Committee of Con Cuong District Party Committee has organized to widely solicit opinions from cadres, party members and people of all walks of life to contribute to the draft documents of the 13th National Party Congress; Political Report of the 19th Provincial Party Congress.

Regarding the draft Political Report of the 27th District Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025, in addition to collecting comments from cadres, party members and people of all walks of life, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee also asked for comments from provincial-level specialized departments, branches and sectors; members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee; and members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee (directing the district).

Regarding comments on the draft political report of the 19th Provincial Party Congress, the issue that was focused on was that, in addition to promoting forestry development and production forest planting, it is necessary to promote forestry processing industries to increase the economic value of forestry, along with specific solutions to develop agriculture, rural areas in mountainous and highland areas...

The 27th Congress of the Con Cuong District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025, will work for 3 days, from May 28 to 30, with important contents: Approving the Political Report of the Executive Committee of the Con Cuong District Party Committee, term 26, term 2015 - 2020; Review report of the Executive Committee of the District Party Committee, term 26, term 2015 - 2020; Electing the Executive Committee of the District Party Committee, term XXVI, term 2020 - 2025; Electing the delegation to attend the 19th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025.
