Survey to open 3 zero-dong booths to support people in locked-down areas
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of August 22, the Provincial Military Command, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh City and the Vinh City Youth Union conducted a survey of locations to open "Zero-VND booths" to serve and support people in the blockaded and quarantined areas due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic in Vinh city.
In the face of the epidemic situation in Vinh city, in order to support households affected by the epidemic and areas in lockdown and medical isolation to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic.
In the coming days, the Provincial Military Command, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh City and the Vinh City Youth Union will open 3 "0 VND booth” in Vinh Tan, Hong Son and Hung Binh wards, where many areas are locked down and quarantined in the city. Food, foodstuffs, and essential consumer goods are free for all people; priority is given to poor and near-poor households, families with policies and difficulties during the implementation of Directive 16 of the Prime Minister.

The source of goods for the "Zero-VND Booth" is mobilized from the Party Committee, government, businesses, philanthropists, and people in the whole province and is taken from the production increase source of the Army unit stationed in the province.
