Previously, at 9:00 a.m. on November 17, 2021, Ly Thanh Commune Police, Yen Thanh District received a complaint from Ms. Lang Thi N. At the police station, Le Viet Cuong confessed to his crime. Taking advantage of the time when Mrs. N.’s family was away, Cuong broke into the house, stole the safe, and used a wheelbarrow to take it to his house.
