7X man prosecuted for raping mute woman in the middle of the night

On May 7, Hung Nguyen District Police received a report of a rape case in Hung Linh Commune, Hung Nguyen District. Immediately after that, Hung Nguyen District Police urgently verified and investigated to clarify the incident.
