Prosecution of public disorder case in Binh Thuan
On June 15, the Investigation Police Agency of Binh Thuan Province Police issued a decision to prosecute the case for the acts of "Disturbing public order, destroying property and resisting people on duty".

The prosecution is to investigate, clarify and handle the subjects related to the incident of gathering a large crowd, causing destruction of property and attacking security forces on June 10 and 11, which occurred in Phan Ri Cua town (Tuy Phong district) and Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province.
Colonel Nguyen Van Nhieu - Chief of Staff, spokesman of Binh Thuan Provincial Police said: Currently, the Provincial Police Department has directed the Investigation Police Agency, Tuy Phong District Police, Bac Binh District Police, Phan Thiet City Police to urgently investigate the case, consolidate the case file to prosecute the accused to bring the case and the subjects to trial as soon as possible to deter and educate.
Binh Thuan Provincial Police also requested local police and professional departments to concentrate forces, strengthen professional measures to ensure security and order, and maintain a peaceful life for the people.
"The provincial police have thoroughly determined not to let similar incidents happen again, in any locality, like the recent incident," Colonel Nguyen Van Nhieu affirmed.
