(Baonghean.vn) 28 years old, Nguyen Van Quynh has been the block leader of Tan Son block (Hoa Hieu ward - Thai Hoa town) for more than 1 year.

Although he is "young" compared to those in the same position, Quynh is mature and dedicated in his work. In addition to his duties as block leader, Nguyen Van Quynh is also an active Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of Hoa Hieu ward.

In 2010, Nguyen Van Quynh was elected by the people in the block as the leader of Tan Son block. In the block, there is Hieu market - a market located in the middle of Highway 48. The security and order situation has many complicated developments, so the work of the block leader in the "market area" is not simple. However, with diligence, hard work, combined with the enthusiasm and dynamism of youth, Quynh is always trusted and loved by the people in the block. He regularly organizes meetings, meets with the elderly in the block to listen to their opinions and valuable experiences to convey for upcoming activities. In particular, Quynh often proposes new ideas and effective ways of doing things.

Busy with government and organization work, Quynh still tries to arrange time to attend university business administration classes, constantly improving and supplementing her knowledge.

With the tireless contributions of the 8X youth bloc leader, 2011 was the first year that Tan Son bloc was recognized as a cultural bloc. Tan Son bloc's Youth Union has been a strong unit at the town level for many years. In recognition of its achievements, Quynh was honored as "Thai Hoa Town's Outstanding Young Face in 2010" and "Thai Hoa Town's Outstanding Youth Leader in 2011".
