In Nghi Loc district, the delegation visited Nguyen Duy Trinh High School to inspect the propaganda work, dissemination of exam regulations; organization of review, assessment and classification of students; work on exam registration documents and preparation of facilities, funding and other conditions for the exams, ensuring order and safety for the exams.
This year, at the Nguyen Duy Trinh High School exam site, there are 475 students registered to take the National High School Exam, including 30 independent candidates. In the whole Nghi Loc district, the 2018 National High School Exam and the 10th grade entrance exam had nearly 4,500 candidates taking the exam. Currently, the district's exam steering committee has also arranged enough invigilators, security guards, and the number of exam rooms according to the plan. According to the school leaders, up to this point, the school has completed the documents and exam preparation for the 10th grade entrance exam, the entrance exam for students to Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted and the 2018 National High School Exam.
The school entrance exam for the 2018-2019 school year will be held simultaneously at two locations: Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted and Le Viet Thuat High School.
The inspection team highly appreciated the preparation work of Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted and other units. At the same time, they noted that during the review and implementation of the exams, the school needs to pay special attention to students who are away from home and students living in dormitories to ensure their health and absolute safety before and during the exam.
From May 29 to June 1, 6 inspection teams of the Steering Committee for the 2018 exams came to inspect the preparations for the 2018 National High School Exam, the recognition of junior high school graduation and the enrollment for the 2018-2019 school year. Through this inspection, the teams will also be the basis for proposing and giving comments to limit shortcomings to ensure that the exams in 2018 are organized safely, seriously and in accordance with regulations.
