Drivers chased each other, causing two deaths
Two groups of teenagers aged 14 to 19 got into a fight and chased each other, leaving two people dead.
Lieutenant Colonel Tran Dinh An, Chief of Le Chan District Police, said the Investigation Police Agency is detaining three suspects for investigation.murder investigationcausing Nguyen Tien Tuan (16 years old, resident of Ngo Quyen district) and Nguyen Dinh Dang Khoa (19 years old, resident of Hai An district) to die on the morning of May 15.
The three suspects include Vu Van Quan (19 years old, residing in Kien An district), Ta Duc Hai (18 years old, residing in Hong Bang district) and Nguyen Trung Hieu (18 years old, residing in Tien Lang district). Quan drove a Mazda CX5 car chasing the two victims.

According to the investigation, on the night of May 14 to the morning of May 15, Quan, Hieu, Hai and three friends, after drinking at a restaurant, went to the house of Le Hoang Tien (40 years old, in Hoang Huy urban area, Le Chan district) to play.
At 3am, Hieu received a phone call informing him that his two friends, Nguyen Hoang Dinh Tu (14 years old, living in Ngo Quyen district) and Tran Nam Khanh (17 years old, living in Hong Bang district), were being harassed by a rival group in front of house number 261 Tran Nguyen Han. Hieu went to the rooftop of Tien's house, took 4 swords and machetes, then drove a Mazda CX5 carrying Quan and Hai to the rescue.
Approaching house number 261 Tran Nguyen Han, Hieu's group's car was approached by Nguyen Tien Tuan driving a motorbike carrying Nguyen Dinh Dang Khoa. Khoa sat behind, holding a homemade sword, slashed at the car door, breaking the glass, then drove away with Tuan on his motorbike.
Hieu switched the wheel with Quan and drove the car to chase after them. At the entrance of lane 288, Thien Loi street, Quan crashed his car straight into the motorbike, causing Khoa and Tuan to fall onto the street. Tien's group jumped out, holding knives and swords, stabbing and slashing the duo, causing them to collapse on the spot.
Seeing Tuan and Khoa unconscious, Hieu's group put them in a car and took them to the hospital for emergency treatment, but both died. The group took the car back to Tien and fled, but were arrested on the afternoon of May 15.
