New developments in episode 5 of the movie "The Borderline" reveal many dramatic details, in which the focus is Vien, a subject in a gambling ring, calling to blackmail Vinh, an inspector of the Department of Construction, with the amount of 200 million VND to escape.
Construction Department Inspectorate "caught"
Driven into a corner, Vien contacted Vinh, a VIP customer in the gambling ring and also a close associate of the Deputy Director of the Department of Construction. Seeming to know Vinh's weakness, Vien showed an arrogant attitude even though he was in a position to borrow money.
He asked Vinh to bring money to the meeting place or he would "make everything go wrong", showing his recklessness when he had nothing left to lose.

In another development, the investigation into the gambling case led by Nguyen Van Vien has made new progress. Prosecutor Thu Huong reported to the Deputy Chief Justice about the important details that have just been discovered.
The investigation agency has found a VIP account with many unusual signs. This account is believed to belong to a person who specializes in gathering big gamblers but wants to hide his identity. Ms. Bui Hang Thu has directed Thu Huong to closely coordinate with the investigation agency to verify the identity of this group of subjects.
