The provincial leaders promised to him that they would constantly strive, cultivate, practice, study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; unite and make the greatest effort to successfully implement the Resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels, and build a more prosperous and beautiful homeland and country as Uncle Ho always wished.

The delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province visited Nghe Tinh Soviet Square, offered flowers and incense at the tomb and memorial stele of Nghe Tinh Soviet Relic Site, Hung Nguyen district; offered flowers and incense at Vinh city Martyrs' Cemetery.

The provincial leaders expressed their deep gratitude for the heroic sacrifices of the heroic martyrs; prayed that the martyrs would always bless and protect the nation and the people; vowed to promote the heroic revolutionary tradition of the homeland, continue to build the homeland and the country to develop more and more for the goal of a rich people, strong country, democracy, fairness and civilization./.
