What's in the biggest health festival for sports lovers in Nghe An in 2024?

On August 31 - September 1, 2024, at Eco Central Park (Vinh city), the Yoga & Pilates festival of Nghe An - Vietnam Fit Fest Vinh 2024 will take place with a series of training, education and practical experiences for the fitness, yoga, pilates and health community across the country. The program is completely free, for all sports lovers.

Five fountains of youth

The Five Tibetan Rites are an ancient series of yoga exercises originating from Tibet that help rejuvenate the body, increase energy, and maintain overall health. The exercises were widely introduced in the book “The Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth” by Peter Kelder, first published in the 1930s.

PIYO with curved board

Piyo is a unique exercise method that combines Pilates and Yoga, providing a balance between strength, endurance, and flexibility. While Pilates focuses on strengthening the abdominal muscles, back muscles, and improving body posture; Yoga helps increase flexibility, improve the respiratory system, and bring peace of mind through postures and breathing techniques.

Combining Piyo with a balance board or curved board will improve balance, strengthen major muscle groups, and enrich the training experience. This method is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

Bell meditation

Bell meditation (meditation with bells) is a form of meditation in which the sound of a bell is used as a tool to guide the mind into a state of stillness, concentration and enlightenment. The bell in meditation can be a small bell (hand bell) or a large bell (great bell). The sound from the bell is considered a means to help the meditator return to himself, let go of distracting thoughts and find inner peace.

Bell meditation originated in Buddhism, popular in Zen Buddhist traditions in East Asia such as Japan, China and Vietnam. Acro Yoga

In this workshop, instructors will teach you the fundamental techniques to build the confidence and strength needed for Acro Yoga. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you will learn how to work with a partner to perform the movements safely and effectively.

Here, experts will share their experience and techniques on how to touch and correct postures for students, helping them achieve optimal training results while ensuring safety. You will learn the latest methods in supporting and developing exercises for practitioners, from basic to advanced.
