ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

After a sudden pain, he passed away at 9:30 a.m. on September 16, 2022 (August 21, Nham Dan year). Burial at 2:10 p.m. on September 17, 2022 at the family cemetery, Trang Son commune, Do Luong district, Nghe An province. He was 81 years old.
