Previously, in the early morning of November 29, Bac Tu Liem District Police received a report that the Dien May Xanh store on Cau Dien Street, Phuc Dien Ward, Bac Tu Liem District was broken into, so they deployed forces to the scene to investigate and clarify the situation.
Arriving at the scene, the police discovered that the lock system, electricity and surveillance cameras were broken, the store's security guard, Mr. Truong Viet P., was tied up and many valuable assets in the store were missing. The total value of the lost assets was initially estimated at about 1.5 billion VND.
On December 4, the police arrested Chuc, who had a criminal record for theft. When arrested, the subject did not confess to the crime and used many tricks to evade, deny the crime and mislead the investigation. However, after a period of persistent struggle and collecting documents and evidence to prove his crime from the authorities, Chuc confessed to all of his acts of robbery.

Because he had no job and no money to spend, Chuc had the idea of stealing property. On November 27, he walked from his rented room to the Dien May Xanh supermarket at 37 Cau Dien, Bac Tu Liem, Hanoi to buy headphones.
Here, Chuc discovered that the main door had many loopholes, so he had the intention of stealing property at night. If there were security guards inside the supermarket, he would threaten and control them to rob them.
On the night of November 28, 2021, Chuc brought pre-prepared tools to the Dien May Xanh supermarket, broke the main door lock, tied up and restrained the security guard, took the phone, watch, and cash from the safe, and quickly escaped.
Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Bac Tu Liem District Police continues to consolidate files and documents to investigate and prosecute the subject according to legal regulations./.
