In order not to affect the production and daily life of the people, the class is held every Monday to Thursday evening. The class started on December 5 and will be implemented within 4 months. Lieutenant Ly Ba Chua (Tri Le Border Guard Station), from Ky Son, is also a Mong ethnic person. He was assigned to teach a class of 27 students and said: The class aims to help people, especially Mong ethnic women in Huoi Moi village, learn to read, write, and calculate, contributing to improving knowledge, promoting economic development, and reducing poverty in the border area.
