Mr. Luong Van Bay - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of My Ly Commune, Ky Son said: Currently, there are 5 completely isolated villages in the commune, namely Xang Tren, Xop Duong, Cha Nga, Pha Chieng and Pieng Vai. Currently, the authorities are still unable to access these villages due to floodwaters and landslides blocking traffic.

The Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue of My Ly commune organized to be on duty at key points; visited and encouraged families whose houses suffered heavy damage.
