A worker from Nghe An died in Japan

(Baonghean.vn) - Just over a month before returning to his hometown after his labor contract, Ha Van Ly (born in 1986), residing in Linh Son commune (Anh Son) unfortunately died in Japan.

On the evening of October 14, Mr. Pham Van Quy - Chairman of the People's Committee of Linh Son Commune (Anh Son) said that the local government and relatives had received information that Mr. Ha Van Ly (born in 1986), residing in Hamlet 4, Linh Son Commune, who was working abroad, had died in Japan due to a stroke.

Previously, on October 12, due to Typhoon Hagibis hitting Japan, Mr. Ly stayed in his rented room and did not go to work.

On the morning of October 12, Mr. Ly woke up, then went back to bed. At around 12 o'clock that same day, his colleagues called Mr. Ly to get up for lunch and found him lying motionless.

People called doctors in Japan but could not save Mr. Ly.

Currently, Japanese police are examining Mr. Ly's body to investigate further to see if there is anything unusual.

It is known that Mr. Ly's wife suffers from depression and the family is in financial difficulty. Mr. Ly's wife and daughter are currently living in a rented house in the suburbs of Hanoi.

Mr. Quy added that Mr. Ly went to Japan to work on November 20, 2016. There was only a month left for Mr. Ly to return to his homeland with his wife and children, but he died in a foreign land.

Local authorities are calling on people and philanthropists to help Mr. Ly's family bring his body or ashes back to his hometown.
