(Baonghean.vn) - Heavy rain during rush hour has caused traffic congestion on many roads in Vinh City, and authorities are working hard to regulate traffic and ensure people's safety.

According to forecasts, heavy rain will continue to occur on the night of October 25 in Nghe An. In particular, the Southern Nghe An region will have moderate rain, heavy rain, some places will have very heavy rain and thunderstorms with rainfall ranging from 30 - 80mm, some places over 100mm. Mountainous areas will generally have 15 - 30mm, the Midlands and Coastal Plains will generally have 30 - 60mm, some places over 80mm such as: Vinh City, Nghi Loc, Hung Nguyen, Cua Lo Town...
