After 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 12b/NQ-BCH dated July 12, 2017 of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on the Women's Union of Non-State Enterprises, the Provincial Federation of Labor has compiled a report to the General Confederation since April 2022. However, in addition to the achieved results, it can be seen that the quality of activities of the Women's Union in general still has many limitations. Therefore, the Provincial Federation of Labor decided to organize a workshop with the hope that delegates will discuss, dissect the problem, point out difficulties, discuss solutions and contribute ideas to improve the quality of activities of the Women's Union of Non-State Enterprises.

Listening to the opinions, comrade Kha Van Tam acknowledged the important contributions of women workers in the positive changes of trade union activities in recent times. However, the quality of women workers' activities, especially mass women workers in non-state enterprises, is not commensurate with the scale, is not clear, lacks regularity and lacks depth.
At the conference, given the necessity and urgency of the issue, the Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor asked delegates to analyze and clarify the causes and promptly resolve the limitations. With more than 65%female union member, only when women's activities fulfill their functions and tasks can the trade union organization fulfill its functions and tasks. From this awareness, the women's union needs to promote its own advantages to fulfill its tasks well.

To further improve the quality of mass women's activities in the province, he said that there needs to be regular guidance from top to bottom, focusing on improving the team of qualified, brave and dedicated women's cadres, building typical examples, selecting in-depth activities, caring for and protecting workers, and strengthening propaganda work.
The opinions of the delegates are the basis for the Executive Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor to propose solutions to promote the establishment and improve the quality of mass women's unions in non-state enterprises, in order to better care for and protect the legitimate rights and interests of female workers, achieve the goal of gender equality, and build progressive, happy, and civilized families of workers, civil servants, and laborers.
