Hot weather, patients in Do Luong suddenly increased by hundreds of people
(Baonghean.vn) - In the first days of July, the hot and humid weather has affected people's health, the number of people hospitalized in Do Luong has increased dramatically.
Right from the beginning of the morning, at the Do Luong Hospital clinic, a lot of people came to register for medical examination. The weather was hot with temperatures of 39 - 40 degrees Celsius, many types of diseases increased suddenly, mainly obstructive pulmonary disease, acute diarrhea, food poisoning, viral fever, high fever with convulsions, complications of hypertension, chronic bronchitis, and cerebrovascular accidents.

Mrs. Tran Thi Bon in Hamlet 3, Lac Son Commune, Do Luong, came to register for a medical examination and said: "The weather is so hot these days, my chronic diseases are acting up again, so I have to go to the hospital early or my condition will get worse."
Due to the hot weather, the number of people hospitalized has increased. In addition to the elderly, children are also the most affected. Most of the children hospitalized have fever, convulsions, and diarrhea. Ms. Tran Thi An in Hamlet 3, Thuan Son Commune, brought her child to see a doctor and said: "The weather is hot, my child had diarrhea a few days ago, going to the hospital more than 10 times a day. I was so scared that I had to take him to the hospital."

Not counting patients coming to medical stations, just at Do Luong Hospital alone, during this heat wave, the number of people coming to see a doctor each day is over 400 people, an increase of more than 100 people compared to before.
