(Baonghean.vn) - Nguyen Quang Huy, born in 2003, residing in Hamlet 9, Nghi Phu Commune, Vinh City, works at a furniture factory during the day and rolls firecrackers at night. On the night of January 13, Huy invited his friend Nguyen Ngoc Hai Dang, born in 1999, residing in the same hamlet, to deliver firecrackers and was arrested.
At 11:30 p.m. on January 13, the patrol team of the Traffic Police Department of Vinh City Police was on duty in the area of Truong Van Linh Street, Hung Dung Ward, and discovered two young men driving a motorbike with license plate 37B2-946.89 with many suspicious signs.

The working group caught the two subjects red-handed and identified them as Nguyen Quang Huy (born in 2003) and Nguyen Ngoc Hai Dang (born in 1999), both residing in Hamlet 9, Nghi Phu Commune, Vinh City. During the hot pursuit, the Traffic Police identified Nguyen Quang Huy as the person who produced the above explosives at a home interior business in Nghi Phu Commune, Vinh City, which is also Huy's workplace.
Huy confessed that he went online to buy tools to produce fireworks and sell them for profit. Before being arrested, Nguyen Quang Huy asked Nguyen Ngoc Hai Dang to deliver fireworks to customers. Huy sold each homemade firework for 150,000 VND.
Currently, the Traffic Police Team has handed over the subject and evidence to the Economic Police Team of Vinh City Police for further investigation and handling.
