Nghe An: Arrested "super thief" who committed 4 cases in one week
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of November 13, Lieutenant Colonel To Van Hau - Head of Ky Son District Police said that the unit had just clarified and issued an emergency arrest warrant for 2 subjects who committed many property thefts in the district.

According to the investigation results of the Ky Son District Police, on September 9, 2018, the subject Mua Ba Chay (born in 2001), residing in Son Ha village, Ta Ca commune, took advantage of the dark night to break into the Son Ha village Kindergarten, stealing many valuable school supplies. A day later, Chay continued to break into the house of Mr. Mua Ba Gio, Deputy Secretary of the Ta Ca commune Party Committee and a student boarding house in block 3, Muong Xen town to steal 2 Samsung phones. On September 16, taking advantage of the quiet noon, Chay continued to sneak into Tinh Phuong restaurant in block 2, Muong Xen town to steal 10kg of beef jerky and 3kg of fresh fish. The total value of the property was nearly 16 million VND.
Previously, Mua Ba Chay and some friends had broken into and stolen 10.8 million VND from a household in Phu Quac 1 village, Na Ngoi commune, Ky Son. But Chay was released on bail because he was underage.

On the same day, the investigation agency of Ky Son District Police continued to arrest Luong Anh Tuan (born in 1993), residing in Khe Ti village, Huu Kiem commune, Ky Son for theft of property. At around 10:00 p.m. on September 23, 2018, Tuan pried open the trunk of a motorbike parked in front of Mr. Cut Van Thuong's house in the same village, stealing 4.7 million VND in cash.
Immediately upon receiving the report from the victims, the police force of Ky Son district began investigating, verifying and arresting the subjects.
At the police station, Chay and Tuan confessed to all their crimes. Currently, Ky Son police are completing the case file to bring the subjects to justice according to the law.
