Nghe An elects two additional Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term

Based on the Proposal of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Council delegates voted to dismiss the Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province, term 2021-2026 for comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province to take on a new assignment.

Previously, in Decision No. 574 - QDNS/TW dated July 22, 2022, the Central Party Secretariat decided to approve comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term. Nghe An Provincial Party Committee organized the announcement of the decision of the Secretariat approving comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu on July 28, 2022.

Also at the Session, based on the submission of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Council conducted a secret ballot to elect additional comrades: Bui Thanh An - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee and Nguyen Van De - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term, with 79/79 delegates present agreeing.

The Provincial People's Council voted to approve the resolutions confirming the results of dismissal and election of additional Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term; at the same time, assigned the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council to coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee to complete procedures and documents to submit to the Prime Minister for approval in accordance with the provisions of law.
