This decision will be applied from 0:00 on September 23. These are the two provinces where clusters of outbreaks of unknown origin have appeared. However, both of these provinces have now gone more than 10 days without recording any cases of infection in the community, despite continuous, large-scale screening testing.
Thus, up to now, in Nghe An province, only Vinh city and a few communes in Dien Chau, Nam Dan, Yen Thanh are still subject to social distancing according to Directive 15. All remaining localities have changed their status to Directive 19. For a whole week, Nghe An has not recorded any cases of infection in the community.
