Nghe An: Successfully energized transformer T2 of Hoang Mai 110kV transformer station
(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An Electricity Company coordinated with the Northern Power Corporation and related units to successfully organize the acceptance and energization, and operate transformer T2 of the 110kV Hoang Mai transformer station, Nghe An.
On November 10, Nghe An Power Company coordinated with Northern Power Corporation, Northern Power Services Company, IT Application and Development Joint Stock Company, Electricity Construction Design Survey Company 4, Northern Power Testing Company... to successfully organize the acceptance and energization, and operation of transformer T2 of 110kV Hoang Mai transformer station, Nghe An province.

The T2 transformer of Hoang Mai 110kV transformer station with a capacity of 40MVA-115/35/22(10)kV was started to be constructed and installed in May 2019 by the Northern Power Corporation as the investor. The project has an estimated value of more than 30 billion VND and Power Construction Design and Survey Company Limited 4 is responsible for consulting, surveying and establishing construction design.
The energization acceptance council confirms the quality of the construction work items that meet technical requirements, ensure quality, and are eligible for energization and operation. Provide control panels, 110kV protection cabinets for T2 transformer compartment; Remote control cabinets, construction, connection, testing of control and protection systems; SCADA connection of the station; camera monitoring system...

Thus, up to now, Hoang Mai 110kV Transformer Station has invested and put into operation 02 transformers including: Transformer T1, T2 with a total operating capacity of 80 MVA. Transformer T2 put into operation has contributed to reducing the load for Hoang Mai 110kV Transformer Station and supplementing the 110kV station source to supply electricity to the loads of Industrial Parks in Hoang Mai town.

At the same time, after energizing, the Hoang Mai 110kV station will contribute to reducing losses, enhancing grid connectivity, improving the stability and reliability of power supply, ensuring safe, stable and continuous power supply for people and customers in the province.
