Specifically, for the training content, the requirements are: organizing training with correct and sufficient content and time according to the Basic Training Program; the content meets the criteria of excellent training according to Directive No. 79/CT-BQP on building a comprehensively strong unit "Exemplary, typical".

Regarding the task of building a regular unit, it is necessary to fully implement the contents of building a regular unit in Standard 3 of Directive No. 79/CT-BQP and Decision No. 2425/QD-TM dated October 3, 2022 of the General Staff on promulgating the Guidelines for building a comprehensively strong unit "Exemplary, typical".

Regarding disciplinary management, it is necessary to: focus on fully implementing the Directive documents of the Ministry of National Defense, Military Region, and Provincial Military Command on disciplinary management and ensuring safety in agencies and units; strictly manage soldiers in terms of both quantity and quality; strictly manage equipment and techniques; and use them in accordance with regulations.

The Provincial Military Command also requires units to specify the above contents, ensuring consistency, comprehensiveness, and suitability with the practical situation. Promote the responsibility of Party committees, commanders, cadres, and employees; promote the spirit of solidarity and intelligence; proactively overcome weaknesses and weak points; closely, correctly, qualitatively, and effectively lead and direct the proposed contents and targets./.
