(Baonghean.vn) - On the way back from a funeral in Luu Son commune - Do Luong, a woman was rushed to the emergency room in critical condition after colliding with a truck.

At around 12 noon on December 16, on National Highway 7 (Km 35) through Luu Son - Do Luong commune, at the intersection with the road to the People's Committee of Luu Son commune, a serious traffic accident occurred.
At the above time, a truck carrying glue with license plate 37C - 063.00 was traveling from Do Luong bridge to Do Luong town intersection, collided with a motorbike with license plate 37- BZ 435.06 driven by a man (carrying a woman) going from Luu Son commune People's Committee to National Highway 7 to Do Luong town intersection.

At the scene, the man riding a motorbike (from Trung Son commune - Do Luong) and his motorbike were trapped and died under the front of the truck. The woman sitting in the back was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
The man's identity is Duong Le Lap, the woman's is Duong Le Thao, both living in Hamlet 4, Trung Son Commune, Do Luong. The two were on their way back from a funeral when the accident happened.
Immediately after the accident, traffic police were present at the scene to investigate the cause of the accident and direct traffic.
Mr. Tran Thanh Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Luu Son commune said: "This is a black spot in traffic, many accidents have occurred, voters have repeatedly requested superiors to install a traffic light system".
