Nghe An: More than 500 businesses attend dialogue on tax policy in 2023

Speaking at the forum, Mr. Ha Le Dung - Deputy Director of the Provincial Tax Department said that in nearly 3 years since the Covid-19 pandemic broke out, the Tax Department has received and answered more than 300 questions and recommendations related to tax policies. In the coming time, tax policies will have many changes and new applications, so the number of recommendations on problems will certainly be many, so the industry hopes to receive the attention, sharing and comments of businesses.

Next, the representative of the Tax Department introduced some tax policy contents issued in 2022 and 2023.
Accordingly, from 2020 to present, the Government and the Ministry of Finance have issued many new regulations on e-commerce, electronic invoicing as well as increased administrative penalties on taxes. In addition, due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, the National Assembly and the Government have also issued manySupport policies, tax exemptions, fees, land use feesfor businesses and business households, so there are also some shortcomings and problems.
Based on the introduction and forecast of upcoming tax policies, the Tax Department hopes that businesses will raise questions, difficulties in applying tax regulations in the past and problems from reality. The Tax Department will directly answer specific issues related to each business. As for major and general issues related to tax policies that businesses propose in writing, the Provincial Tax Department will answer and provide specific answers in writing.
