Nghe An opens 2023 amateur football tournament for gifted classes
(Baonghean.vn) - On December 2, at ATH artificial turf field in block 5, Tan Ky town, with the permission of the Department of Culture and Sports, Song Lam Nghe An Sports Joint Stock Company, in coordination with the People's Committee of Tan Ky district, organized the 2023 amateur gifted football tournament.
Participating in the cluster 1 tournament in Tan Ky district are 11 football teams, in the U8 and U9 age groups, including Vinh city 1, Vinh city 2, Yen Thanh 2, Tuong Duong, Thai Hoa 1, Thai Hoa 2, Do Luong, Quy Chau, Quy Hop 1, Quy Hop 2 and Tan Ky.
The tournament takes place over 2 days (from December 2 to December 3) at ATH artificial turf field, block 5, Tan Ky town.
The organizers divided the teams into 3 groups to compete in a round-robin format, and selected the 2 best teams to enter the final round which will take place in Dien Chau district.
Immediately after the opening ceremony, exciting, dramatic matches took place. Despite the unfavorable weather, the young players gave the audience great plays and many beautiful goals.
This tournament aims to find and discover football talents to supplement the youth teams of Nghe An province. At the same time, this is a useful playground, creating an environment for young players of amateur football talent classes at facilities across the province to have the opportunity to compete, exchange, and express their passion for football.
