Nghe An: Prosecution of a case of trafficking in large quantities of firecrackers

Previously, through the work of grasping the situation, Nghia Dan District Police discovered a number of subjects showing signs of trafficking and storing.firecrackerin Nghia Dan district and Thai Hoa town. Realizing that this was a large-scale firecracker trafficking ring, the Nghia Dan district police leadership directly directed and established a special task force to fight and destroy this ring.

On the evening of October 20, using professional measures, the Nghia Dan District Police detectives successfully broke up the case, arresting 3 subjects, including: HNS (born in 1978, residing in Quynh Tho, Quynh Luu District); HVT (born in 1976, residing in Nghia My, Thai Hoa Town); DVH (born in 1981, residing in Dong Hieu, Thai Hoa Town). They seized 27 blocks of 49 firecrackers, 30 blocks of 36 firecrackers, 21 bags of firecrackers, with a total weight of 81kg, along with 3 motorbikes and 5 mobile phones.

Currently, Nghia Dan District Police have initiated a criminal case, prosecuted the defendants and continue to investigate and expand the case.
