Nghe An: Proposal to recover nearly 35 billion VND after inspection
(Baonghean.vn) - Through inspection, 325 inspected units were found to have violated the law with the amount of violation and recommended handling being 69 billion 255 million VND, of which, it is recommended to recover 34 billion 675 million VND.

Information from the authorities shows that, up to this point, the entire Inspection sector has carried out 219 administrative inspections at 520 units, including 199 planned inspections and 20 unscheduled inspections, and has completed 147 inspections, of which 131 have issued conclusions. There are currently 72 inspections in progress.
Through inspection, 325 inspected units were found to have violated with a total amount of violations and recommended handling of 69 billion 255 million VND; of which, the recommendation to recover 34 billion 675 million VND; the recommendation to reduce the settlement value, reduce capital allocation and other recommendations is 34 billion 580 million VND.
The Inspectorate also discovered violations and recommended handling 1,028.20m2 land, of which, it is proposed to recover 1,012.70m2 Land, other recommendations 15.5m2 Land. The result was 19,148/34,675 million VND recovered for the budget, reaching 55%; 1,012.7m2 recovered for the State.2/1,012.7m2 land, reaching 100%.
The inspection also recommended administrative sanctions against 5 organizations and 31 individuals with violations; transferred 1 case to the investigation agency.
Through handling complaints and denunciations, economic violations were discovered and recommendations were made to recover 4 billion 305.5 million VND and 650m2 land, returned to citizens 139.9 million VND and recovered to the state budget 1 billion 005.5 million VND, returned to citizens 3.38 million VND.
The authorities have also requested competent authorities to administratively discipline 16 individuals who committed violations, have handled 9 individuals, protected the rights of 58 people; and transferred 2 cases to the investigation agency.
