Mr. Nguyen Xuan Binh, a bus driver with a schedule departing from Quang Binh, happily cooperated when asked to stop for inspection at Ben Thuy 1 bridge checkpoint.
According to Mr. Binh, “The Covid-19 epidemic is becoming more and more complicated, so setting up checkpoints at the gateways like this is beneficial for the community, so that if anything happens, there will be a basis for tracing information. It takes a little time but is necessary at this time. I just hope that the epidemic can be controlled soon.”

According to the joint forces at the checkpoints, the inspection is not to “block rivers and ban markets” but to prevent and control epidemics in the current period. The inspection is based on the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, focusing on checking and controlling vehicles carrying passengers from Ha Tinh to not enter the area.
