Nghe An researches planning for many large projects
(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just allowed research and planning of many large projects in Do Luong, Nam Dan, Nghi Loc districts and Vinh City.
Specifically including: Architectural planning of President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area, area of 1,290 hectares, sponsored and implemented by T&T Group Joint Stock Company.
Planning of Bai Lu 2 villa, hotel and eco-tourism area (144 ha), Urban area in Thanh Chuong town (9.8 ha) and urban area in Thanh Linh commune, Thanh Chuong district (38 ha) by Tan A Dai Thanh Group.
Urban planning along Vinh - Cua Lo route (323 ha), Nghi Duc commune, Vinh city and Nghi Phong commune, Nghi Loc district, implemented by Euro Window Group.

Currently, Nghe An is also interested in implementing detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/2,000 on both sides of Vinh - Cua Lo road.
