According to information, the explosion occurred at around 11:00 a.m. on December 9, at a coffee shop in Hamlet 3, Hanh Lam Commune.
At that time, after hearing a loud explosion in the restaurant that damaged many items, people discovered a seriously injured man lying on the floor, his hand crushed, his stomach punctured, he had lost a lot of blood, and was taken to the emergency room in critical condition.
