Nghe An: Bad debt in the area is still 1,745 billion VND
(Baonghean.vn) - According to the State Bank's report, by early May 2018, mobilized capital in the area reached 113,190 billion VND (an increase of 57,086 billion VND compared to 5 years ago), outstanding loans in the area reached 177,008 billion VND.
In addition to providing credit to serve people and businesses, local credit institutions also expand their operations, provide capital and banking services for projects outside the area to meet the loan needs for production, business and daily life of people and businesses in the area.

Credit institutions in the area have focused on lending investment capital for agricultural and rural production and export, small and medium enterprises, and government credit programs.
Specifically: Outstanding loans for agricultural and rural development are 65,548 billion VND, accounting for 37% of total outstanding loans; outstanding loans for the loan program to encourage the development of high-tech agriculture and clean agriculture according to Resolution 30/NQ-CP are 19,212 billion VND, accounting for 11% of total outstanding loans; outstanding loans for policy beneficiaries through social policy banks are 7,493 billion VND, accounting for 4.2% of total outstanding loans.
