- For cases of close contact with Covid-19 cases (F1):Concentrated isolation for at least 21 days from the date of last contact with a person infected with SARS-CoV-2, taking SARS-CoV-2 test samples at least 3 times on the first day, the 14th day and the 20th day of centralized isolation. Continue to isolate at home or place of residence (mandatory) for at least 07 days from the date of the Decision to complete centralized isolation; take test samples on the 7th day from the date of isolation at home or place of residence.
-For cases of contact with close contacts (F2):Require home quarantine while waiting for the PCR test results of the first-round contact (F1). If the PCR test result of the first-round contact (F1) is positive for SARS-CoV-2, centralized quarantine will be organized and samples will be taken for testing as for F1. If the PCR test result of the first-round contact (F1) is negative for SARS-CoV-2, the second-round contact (F2) will be released from quarantine.

For cases of leaving the area under medical isolation or social isolation without permission, organize centralized isolation for at least 21 days from the date of return to the locality, take samples for testing at least 3 times according to regulations. Citizens are responsible for paying all costs related to isolation and testing.
- For cases arriving/returning from areas in Nghe An province that are implementing medical isolation; social isolation according to Directive No. 16/CT-TTg:Organize medical isolation at home for at least 14 days from the date of return to the locality; organize sample collection on the 13th day from the date of isolation.
-For cases arriving/returning from provinces/cities across the country that are implementing social distancing according to Directive No. 15/CT-TTg:Organize medical isolation at home for at least 14 days from the date of return to the locality; organize sample collection on the 13th day from the date of isolation.
-For cases coming to/returning from areas in Nghe An provinceis implementing social distancing according to Directive No. 15/CT-TTg:Require medical declaration and self-monitoring of health according to regulations.
In addition, based on the development of the epidemic and the direction of the Ministry of Health, the Provincial Steering Committee will have separate instructions for some special cases with high-risk factors./.
