On the afternoon of March 18, under the chairmanship of comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee listened to and gave opinions on the draft detailed construction planning project at a scale of 1/500 of Cua Hoi entertainment area, Cua Lo town. According to the detailed construction planning project at a scale of 1/500 of Cua Hoi entertainment area, Cua Lo town, the planning location includes 3 locations. Location 1 (mainland and sea surface area) belongs to Nghi Hoa ward, planning area of 31.2257ha; location 2 (Ngu island and sea surface area) belongs to Nghi Hai ward, planning area of 12.4341ha; location 3 (cable car route) connecting from the mainland to Ngu island has a length of about 3.5km, the area of cable car corridor and cable tower is about 18.5377ha.
The project functions as a coastal entertainment and sightseeing area on Ngu Island to serve the needs of the people of Nghe An province and the whole country. It includes notable entertainment areas such as: a 3.5 km long cable car across the sea, a service area including a food street and night market, an amusement park, a water park, a beach sports area...

At the meeting, the representative of Cua Lo town said that they had consulted with local people as well as relevant agencies and received high consensus; the project also met the people's requirements for business and use of public beaches; the construction system accounted for a small proportion, ensuring proper planning and orientation, not affecting the view of tourists when watching the sea; meeting the previous expansion planning of Binh Minh street...

Speaking at the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh agreed with the plan to build Cua Hoi entertainment area in Cua Lo town, and noted that relevant departments, agencies and Cua Lo town urgently complete the planning project, unify the scope, planning boundaries, area and content of the project investment planning to effectively implement the project.
