Nghe An: Another breakfast restaurant fined for opening to serve customers on-site

According to the reporter's records, at 8:16 a.m., at Manh Phuc noodle shop, located on Highway 46, Nam Bac Son block,Nam Dan town(Nghe An) defied the ban and opened the restaurant to welcome diners.

At the time of the inspection, there were 3 customers having breakfast in the restaurant and were instructed to sit hidden inside to avoid inspection by the authorities.

After discovering the incident, Nam Dan town authorities made a record of Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong, the owner of the noodle shop; required the shop to only sell take-out food, and completed the documents for handling according to regulations.
