On the evening of August 22, Nghe An Department of Health issued urgent notice No. 76 about locations related to Covid-19 patients. The locations in this notice include:
- Can Linh Pagoda, Block 10, Cua Nam Ward, Vinh City, from August 5 to August 19.
- Gate of 22/12 brick and tile factory, hamlet 5, Hung Chinh commune, Vinh city, from 8am to 9am on August 17.

- Ham stall at Coc Xi Cement market at the beginning of Sieu Hai street, block 13, Cua Nam ward (from Nguyen Sinh Sac street, it is the second stall next to the beer shop and tofu shop), from 7:30 to 7:45 on August 18.
- Breakfast shop opposite Au Lac restaurant, National Highway 1A intersection, Nam Cam Industrial Park, Nghi Loc district, from 6:30 to 7:30 on August 6, 7 and 17.
- Book and educational equipment supermarket, No. 65, Le Hong Phong Street, Vinh City, from August 15 to August 19.
