After the tornado, the Company's Board of Directors mobilized management staff and team leaders to go to the damaged areas to officially count the damage of households, on that basis to take measures to handle it. In addition, the Company directed and encouraged households to cut down and sell firewood, or sell to small traders to produce paper and plywood.

Ms. Hoang Thi Hien's family, team 6, was truly heartbroken when more than 100 rubber trees, 19 years old and in their prime for latex production, were broken and uprooted by a tornado.
