The ship owners and workers on board all admitted to illegal fishing, complied with administrative sanctions, and pledged not to organize illegal fishing.
It is currently the season for fish to spawn inshore, so fishing near shore by trawling has seriously affected aquatic resources and the habitat of marine life.
Currently, the large number of small and large boats in Dien Chau has led to a significant decline in aquatic resources, especially immature aquatic species concentrated near the shore. Although the authorities of Dien Chau have resolutely prevented and handled trawlers fishing near the shore, the situation of destructive fishing is still happening.
