According to the reporter's source, on the afternoon of May 20, a serious incident occurred in Quy Hop district. A man named Yen (residing in Dong Nai hamlet, Chau Quang commune) after returning from a wedding used a knife to stab his wife named Loan many times.
After that, this man continued to burn down the house, however, because people around discovered it in time, the fire was extinguished.

Afterwards, Mr. Yen drove his car from his house to Quy Hop District Police Station to surrender. On the way, when he reached Quy Hop town, Mr. Yen discovered Mr. Phuong's car coming from the opposite direction.
Suspecting that this man had been having an affair with his wife, Mr. Yen drove his car straight into Mr. Phuong’s car, causing the front of both cars to be dented and the airbags to deploy. After that, Mr. Yen jumped out of the car and attacked Mr. Phuong, but was stopped by everyone.
Upon receiving the news, Quy Hop District Police sent officers to the scene and took Ms. Loan to the hospital for emergency treatment. However, due to the seriousness of her injuries, Ms. Loan is being transferred to Nghe An General Hospital.
