Also attending were comrade Nguyen Thanh Hien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; representatives of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and the Provincial People's Committee Office.
Accordingly, the monitoring period starts from April 24 to May 16. The content and scope of monitoring will focus on the organization of the apparatus and the arrangement of staff, labor contracts as well as labor quality in state administrative agencies and public service units.
For State administrative agencies, the focus of supervision is the arrangement as well as the quality and effectiveness of the work of civil servants and non-professional workers at the commune level; in public service units, including public service units of provincial departments and branches and public service centers at the district level.

At the meeting, delegates attending the meeting highly agreed with the supervision content proposed by the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, and at the same time contributed comments on a number of issues.
Affirming that organizational structure, payroll, and labor contracts are broad, difficult, and complicated fields, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Cao Thi Hien suggested a number of key contents that need to be monitored. These include monitoring the development of job position projects and the implementation of those projects; the practical use of payroll and labor contracts in state administrative agencies and public service units; the results of implementing the Standing Committee's Directive on rectifying labor contracts in agencies and units; the implementation of human resource attraction policies; studying and reviewing the current situation of arrangement as well as the quality of activities of civil servants and non-professional workers at the commune level...
Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Nguyen Thanh Hien said that to ensure effective supervision, it is necessary to diversify forms of supervision, through studying related documents; collecting information from people and press agencies on related issues at the supervised agencies and units, including surveying the reflections of civil servants and employees at the agencies and units.

Concluding on this issue, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized: In order for the supervision work to be practically effective, regarding the content of the organizational apparatus, it is necessary to adhere to Resolution 6 of the Central Committee on continuing to innovate, streamline the organizational apparatus, operate effectively and efficiently and the project of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to implement Resolution 6 of the Central Committee to confirm the practicality of those policies and orientations; at the same time, detect unreasonable things at the grassroots level to continue to advise the Party Committee to continue to arrange and streamline the organizational apparatus to operate effectively and efficiently.
