At that time, the victim's upper body was stuck in a wall about 20 cm wide. The victim was trying to get out but could not.
The rescue team used specialized equipment including cutters, concrete breakers, and hammers to demolish part of the wall of house number 43, Tran Phu street. After 30 minutes of intensive implementation of professional measures, the victim was brought out safely.
