This morning, July 5, when the weather started to clear up, households in flooded areas were focusing on overcoming the consequences, moving their belongings back to their original locations, and cleaning up the surrounding environment. Mr. Nguyen Van Manh in Tan Thanh block said that at 10 p.m. on July 3, heavy rain continued, and water flooded into his house, about 1 meter high. After the Nam Vuc Mau irrigation canal in hamlet 16, Quynh Van commune (Quynh Luu) broke about 20 meters long.
