People in Thai Hoa town are upset because they have land but cannot borrow money from the bank.

On behalf of the delegation, Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Trang informed voters about the program and expected content of the 8th session of the 14th National Assembly. Voters were also provided with some basic information about the results of socio-economic development in the province and the country since the beginning of the year.

At the conference, voters of Thai Hoa town expressed their excitement at the quality activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation at the meetings; at the same time, they made recommendations to the delegates on issues of concern.

Voter Nguyen Viet Nghia, Dong Hieu commune, reported that about 23 years ago, many households and individuals received agricultural land under the management of Dong Hieu Farm, but it has not been effective so far. Although they want to change the crop structure, these households do not have land use rights or legal documents to borrow capital, making economic development very difficult.

Also related to agricultural land, voter Tran Dan Chu added that currently, agricultural land in Dong Hieu commune has about 200 hectares of land under the planning according to Decision No. 4385/QD.UBND - DT dated November 2, 2012, assigned to TH Milk Food Joint Stock Company. However, from 2013 until now, it has not been recovered, making it impossible for people to cultivate or invest.

In addition, Dong Hieu voters also complained that the strategic road section 15A in hamlet 21, Nghia Thuan commune and Dong Ha hamlet, Dong Hieu has degraded but has not been repaired, causing many inconveniences in traveling and participating in traffic for local people.

Regarding the approval of the Labor Law, voters recommended that the National Assembly adjust the retirement age to suit workers to ensure rights and health to meet the needs of each group.

At the conference, voters' recommendations were clarified by district and commune leaders.

Acknowledging and absorbing voters' opinions, on behalf of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hien - Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation informed about some additional contents within his authority, and at the same time said that the voters' recommendations will be compiled by the National Assembly Delegation and reflected to the National Assembly, the Government and central and local ministries, branches.
