To ensure the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic in the city according todirection of the Prime Minister, People's Committee of Nghe An province, People's Committee of Vinh cityRequest the People's Committees of wards and communes to continue to organize propaganda, dissemination and strictly implement the directives of the Prime Minister, the Provincial People's Committee and the Vinh City People's Committee on the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic.
Wards and communes urgently announce on the grassroots radio system and require all people to wear masks when going out on the street or in public places.
