Although the students are in their final year of high school, when they heard about the contest, the group quickly came up with ideas and received enthusiastic support from the school's Board of Directors and teachers in both content and funding during the implementation process.
The song “Thai Hoa Trong Toi” is also the title of the video clip composed by HuyGO and Phu Hurter. The lyrics depict famous landmarks, the unique features of the land and people of the central town of Phu Quy with Hieu River, Lang Vac archaeological site, Bau Sen Lake, Sao Sa Peak… as well as the picture of a dynamic young city that is developing every day.
The impressive point of the song is not only the clear and familiar lyrics, but the children also put those lyrics into very interesting rap parts that are suitable for the music listening style of young people, so the message conveyed about the history of the homeland to the young generation is closer and more novel.
Sharing with us, HuyGO said: “Being born and raised in Thai Hoa town, we are very familiar with the famous historical sites and monuments of our hometown. From the time we came up with the idea and set out a specific direction, we researched more historical documents and composed the song within just one month. After that, the whole group went down to record in Vinh city.”

HuyGO is also a member who performs the rap parts in this song. The other two vocalists, Kieu Ngoc Thanh and Ho Gia Bao, also performed the song excellently with smooth, warm voices.
Besides the lyrics, the images in the video clip “Thai Hoa in me” also bring an impressive experience to viewers with flycam footage of Thai Hoa Town, in which the highlight is the locations mentioned in the lyrics as well as the confident performance of the three boys in this “boyband”.
“Because we have to spend time studying, the group has very little time to film outdoors. Therefore, we always try to perform as well as possible,” Ngoc Thanh and Gia Bao humbly said when I mentioned the very natural performance style of the three boys in the clip.
