(Baonghean.vn) - Having found a wallet containing less than 4 million VND and personal documents, Ms. Cao Thi Kieu - Secretary of the Youth Union of Dong Hieu Commune (Thai Hoa Town) took a photo and posted it on Facebook to find the owner to return it.
Accordingly, at around 2:30 p.m. on April 15, Dong Hieu Commune Youth Union Secretary Cao Thi Kieu and her members went to propagate Covid-19 prevention and control and guide people to declare their health at the grassroots level. While passing through the Xuan Hai hamlet football field, Dong Hieu Commune, she picked up a brown wallet containing nearly 4 million VND and some personal documents.

Immediately after that, she took a photo and posted it on her personal Facebook page to find the person to return it. About 30 minutes later, the owner of the wallet, Ms. Le Thi Nho - a teacher at Dong Hieu Kindergarten, contacted and asked to receive it back.
