The content of the congratulatory message of the Central Executive Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party reads as follows:
The Lao People's Revolutionary Party and the Lao people are extremely pleased and highly appreciative of the great, comprehensive, and historically significant achievements and victories that the Vietnamese people have achieved over the past 89 years under the wise leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, especially the comprehensive achievements in Vietnam's renovation process, bringing about political stability, rapid and continuous economic growth at a high level, the people's lives have been constantly improved, foreign relations have been expanded, and Vietnam's role and position have been increasingly enhanced in the international arena.
The Lao Party, State and people firmly believe that, under the wise leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam headed by General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong, the Vietnamese people will continue to gain many new and greater victories in the cause of innovation, construction and development of the country and soon turn Vietnam into a basically modern industrialized country and achieve the goal of a rich people, strong country, democracy, equality and civilization.
The Lao People's Revolutionary Party and the Communist Party of Vietnam are two Parties with common roots in the Indochinese Communist Party, and the great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two Parties, two States and peoples of Laos and Vietnam have been built and nurtured by the predecessor leaders of the two Parties, and have increasingly developed and deepened in all fields, bringing practical benefits to the people of the two countries.
The content of the congratulatory message of the Central Executive Committee of the Cambodian People's Party reads: The Cambodian People's Party warmly congratulates and highly appreciates the great achievements that the Party, State and people of Vietnam have achieved in socio-economic development and implementing the renovation policy, which has helped Vietnam develop in all fields, making the lives of the Vietnamese people increasingly better and Vietnam's position constantly enhanced in the international arena.
The Cambodian People's Party highly appreciates the development of the traditional solidarity, friendship and comprehensive cooperation between the two Parties, two States, Governments and peoples of Cambodia and Vietnam and is determined to continue to consolidate and promote this relationship to become more and more sustainable under the motto "good neighbors, traditional friendship, long-term sustainable comprehensive cooperation".
The Cambodian People's Party firmly believes that under the correct and wise leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam headed by General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong, the Vietnamese people will continue to gain new and greater achievements in the renewal process; successfully implementing the Resolution of the 12th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
On the same day, Comrade Sounthone Sayachac, member of the Party Central Committee and Head of the External Relations Commission of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, also sent a congratulatory message to Mr. Hoang Binh Quan, member of the Party Central Committee and Head of the External Relations Commission of the Communist Party of Vietnam./.
